Phase Light 1A site development is 98% complete, targeting completion in Q3 2025, while Phase Light 1B is 87% complete, with a target completion in Q4 2025.
Site Development covers site clearing, grading, roads, utilities, open parking, and related work.

The Main Pavilion is fully completed and operationally ready. The High Garden, an outdoor events area, was completed in Q1 2025, with Diamond Pool to follow in Q3 2025, and the Diamond Park in Q4 2025.
Amenities include the completion of the clubhouse, pools, function areas, parks, playgrounds, courts, guardhouses, landscaped spaces, and equipment rentals.
